Delivery Options
Our delivery time frames are subject to delivery location and product availability. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days however during exceptionally busy times the dispatch time could be extended.
Orders are shipped with Royal Mail. A confirmation E-Mail with a tracking number will be sent to you once we have dispatched your order.
Delivery options and charges are as follows. Please note that delivery times given are estimated and do not include dispatch time:
UK Shipping
Express - £4.50. Estimated delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
Standard - £3.50. Estimated delivery in 4 - 7 business days.
EU Shipping
Economy International - £6.50. Estimated delivery up to 15 business days.
United States Shipping
Express International - £8.50. Estimated delivery up to 11 business days.
Delivery Issues
We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible, however if there is a problem or delay the team at Goomoo will do everything they can to resolve the issue in a speedy way. In the case of a delay to your delivery, please allow up to 14 days from dispatch date before reporting this to us as missing.
In the event that a delivery issue cannot be resolved or rectified within 28 working days from the date of dispatch then please refer to our refund and returns policy.
