Story-Led Team Building is a fully facilitated experience designed around the specific skills and behaviours your team wants to develop.

Every session begins with participants creating a character inspired by themselves. Using strengths, skills, and personal attributes relevant to their role, each participant builds a unique character that will accompany them throughout the adventure.

From there, the story begins.

What starts as a familiar workplace setting quickly unfolds into an unexpected adventure. Whether your team finds themselves surviving a zombie outbreak, navigating the Wild West, exploring a fantasy realm, or facing another unique challenge, they must work together to overcome obstacles and find their way home.
