Shipping

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving your order and you should receive it within 7 working days of placing your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to despatch within 3 working days we will notify you and give you an estimated despatch date. You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch.

Our delivery charges are:

Standard UK Delivery - Just £2.99 for orders under £50.00.  Free Delivery for orders £50.00 or over.

At present we do not delivery outside of the Mainland UK

Returns service

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy please return it to us, in the original packaging, within 21 days of receipt and we will give you a refund for that item or an exchange, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.

If an item is faulty, or we have sent you the wrong item, please return it to us and we will give you a refund for the return postage and the related delivery charges as well as the item itself.

To return an item simply email (sales@goomoo.co.uk or click contact us) us the reason why along with your order number, personal details and date you posted it back and send the item to "Goomoo, Unit 223 Trentham Retail Village, Stoke Road, Trentham, Staffordshire, ST4 8AX". We strongly advise you obtain proof of posting.

We will process all refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
